Emily Marr

Biography

Hi there, my name is Emily Marr and I’m a Registered Dietitian living in Orange County California. I got my bachelors in science at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA with a minor in Psychology and my masters in science at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI.

My passion is mental health and special needs nutrition. I have an older brother who is completely deaf and has down syndrome and had a past of disordered eating. I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating and mental health nutrition. I come from an intuitive eating, health at every size approach to nutrition and lifestyle. I’m not going to put you on a strict diet or judge you for your eating, lifestyle, or weight. I want to get to the root of the issues and be your support and motivator along your journey to a better and happier life. I look forward to working with you!
