Ashley Benoit is the creator of Happy Healthy Hunny. She is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is passionate about helping others connect their mental health to their physical health so that they can transform themselves from the inside out.
Her main focus is working with people who struggle with emotional eating to help them learn what their emotional triggers are and develop healthy coping strategies away from food and other substances. Ashley Benoit also works with clients on preventative healthcare by constructing customized diets that are rich in micronutrients and void of inflammatory foods in order to heal and prevent inflammatory diseases. She is especially knowledgeable about gluten- and dairy-free diets.
In addition to nutrition, she helps clients develop fitness routines that they enjoy and fit easily into their busy schedules while also getting them the results they want. Ashley’s method in helping others is to introduce small sustainable changes that make a big difference over time to have clients feeling and functioning their very best. She hopes to rid the world of “crash diets” and “quick fixes” and help people develop long-term lifestyle changes that will keep them happy and healthy for life. Y
